Westcliff Condominium Association I and II By-Laws

Article III, Administration: Section 4: Annual Meeting Annual meeting of the Association shall be held on the first Wednesday of November. At such meeting there shall be elected by ballot of members, a Board of Directions in accordance with the requirements of Article IV of these By-Laws. The members may also transact such other business of the Association with the consent of a majority of those present.

Section 9 (of same) Attendance at Meetings. Only members of record, spouses thereof and those persons appointed by proxy are permitted to attend meetings, IPSO FACTO. Others may attend with prior approval of the Board of Directors.

Section 8 (of same) Order of Business. The order of business at all meetings of the owners of units shall be as follows:

Roll call

Proof of notice of meeting or waiver of notice.

Reading of minutes of preceding minutes

Report of Officers

Report of Committees

Election of Inspectors of Election

Election of Directors

Election of President

Unfinished Business

New Business

LETTER TO OWNERS

Dear Westcliff Owner:

Because we did not have enough homeowners attend last years meeting the Board was forced to initiate a special assessment to pay for the upkeep of the complex.  If we have another year without enough homeowners, then the board will again have to levy a special assessment.

We have many issues that need to be discussed. The budget. New board officers. So forth and so on. I have tried to organize several events throughout the year, to no avail.  Because of my work schedule and school I am not going to be able to continue in the position of secretary, nor will I be able to try and organize any parties. It would be wonderful if several homeowners were to create a committee that could schedule events through the year.

Please try to attend the annual meeting. As a homeowner this is your time to voice your opinion!
